Participation in the project enabled the meeting of 76 citizens, of whom:
14 came from Panevezys (Lithuania)
7 came from Münster (Germany)
5 came from Timisoara (Romania)
4 came from Poprad (Slovakia)
6 came from Novi Sad (Serbia)
5 came from Belgrade (Serbia)
5 came from Nancy (France)
30 came from Lublin (Poland)

Day 12/08/2017 was devoted to participation in the events of the Jagiellonian Fair - participation in workshops, concerts and meetings. Pulkelis ansamble from Panevezys (Lithuania), whose members were participants in the project, conducted workshops of traditional Lithuanian dances open to the citizens of the city and guests of the 700th anniversary of the city of Lublin. In the evening, the participants of the project listened to a concert by Romanian band Taraf de Haïdouks.
Day 13/08/2017 was devoted to participation in the events of the Jagiellonian Fair - participation in workshops, concerts and meetings. Participants of the project were shown an exhibition fair in which the artists from the partner cities of the project presented themselves: artists from Poland, Lithuania and Slovakia. Participants of the project listened to the concert Re:tradition in which masters of traditional music and singing were performing together with famous Polish musicians, who in their artistic activity refer to traditional music.
Day 14/08/2017 was devoted to participation in the meeting with the representatives of the Department of Culture of the City of Lublin, presentation of the assumptions of the project "European Lublin" and its continuation and presentation of Cultural Events of the City of Lublin. Pulkelis from Panevėžy (Lithuania), conducted again Lithuanian traditional dance workshops open to the inhabitants of the city and guests of the celebration of the 700th anniversary of the city of Lublin. Participants of the project met with the coordinator of the program "Lublin for all", during the meeting they were acquainted with the activities of the City of Lublin promoting intercultural dialogue. At the end of the day, the participants of the project watched a theater performance entitled "A Dream About the City" depicting the centuries-old history of the city of Lublin and its rich multicultural heritage.
Day 15/08/2017 was devoted to visiting the cultural institutions of Lublin and meetings with it’s representatives (Center for the Meeting of Cultures, Centre for Culture in Lublin, The Old Theater, Grodzka Gate-NN Theater Centre, Lublin Village Museum). At the end of the meeting participants went on tour of the city by the historic Gutek bus.
Day 16/08/2017 was devoted to the presentation of projects run by municipal cultural institutions – Workshops of Culture with a special focus on the project "Culture Volunteer" and projects promoting intercultural dialogue. After presenting and discussing with the employees of the Workshops of Culture , the participants met with the staff of the Department of Culture and summarized the visit in Lublin, and developed an action plan for the continuation of the undertaken cooperation on projects for intercultural dialogue and volunteering.
