Lublin becomes a fabulous city that hosts many different festivals during Summer. One of them is Festival of Lublin Legends that will be held during the last weekend of August, 26-29, 2021. It will be a great feast of city stories, storytellers, street theatre and will take us to the fabulous world of unknown legends. The event is aimed at both the youngest and adult participants. Shortly, 4 days of cultural attractions and events are ahead of us: street theaters, workshops for children and teenagers, a family city game, guided walks and a multimedia installation at Po Farze Square. All events will be held in the very historic part of the city, from the Cracow Gate and the Trinitarian Tower to the Lublin Castle.
The programme of Festival also includes diverse workshops adapted to the youngest participants of all ages, guided walks and a city game that is an exceptional way to explore the city and discover some interesting Lublin stories and legends. And in the evening, we will see a multimedia and interactive installation at Po Farze Square.
Admission to most events is free of charge. Prior registration is required only for some of them - performances in the courtyard of Lublin National Museum as well as to workshops and guided walks. Free tickets are available from August 20, 2021 and can be picked up at the Tourist Inspiration Centre at Jezuicka 1, street and through the evenea.pl system.
Lublin Legends Festival is implemented as a part of the project "New life of the Old Town: revitalization of historical and cultural heritage monuments in Lutsk and Lublin" from the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 and financed by the European Neighbourhood Partnership Instrument.
