New safety regulations from March 27. Kindergartens and hair salons to remain closed. New limits in shops and churches.
Due to a surge in Covid-19 cases and high occupancy of ventilators, Polish government introduced new measures. For details, please see below. New regulations are to last over Easter period.
Trade

furniture and DIY stores (with 2000 m2 retail space) to be closed.

shopping centres – to be closed, excluding: groceries, pharmacies, chemist’s, newsagents and bookshops.
New limits in shops, markets, post offices:

1 person per 15 m2 – in shops up to 100 m2

1 person per 20 m2 – in shops over 100 m2.
Churches:
Places of worship with new limit of people – 1 person per 20 m2.. You still need to cover your mouth and nose and keep social distance (1.5 m apart).
Hairdressers and beauty salons
Operation of hairdressers and beauty salons is put on hold.
Nurseries and kindergartens only for parents working in healthcare, etc.
For safety of children and parents, nurseries and kindergartens will be closed. But childcare will be provided to children of healthcare workers, military and fire brigade personnel).
Note! Care allowance available to parents in such cases.
Sport – only for athletes
Sports facilities open for business only for professional athletes, sportsmen. Events are to be held with no fans.
Other safety rules still apply:

Education – students of all grades (primary, secondary, Further Education and Training (FET) and Vocational Training (VT) to remain in homeschooling.

Hotels – closed (excluding workers' hostels, hotels for medics, truck drivers, soldiers – exceptions detailed in the government’s Regulation).

Culture – theatres, cinemas, museums and art galleries remain closed.

Sport – gyms, fitness clubs, ski slopes, swimming pools, saunas and tanning salons remain closed.
