The renovation at the National Museum in Lublin, that started in 2018, has been completed. From March 6, we invite you to the modern museum space and the new reality. The renovation included the reconstruction of the northern wing, as well as the partial refurbishing of the southern and western wings. The exhibition space was enlarged, new permanent exhibitions were arranged, such as "The Crown Tribunal in the history of the Republic of Poland 1578-1794", "The Gallery of polish painting of the 19th and 20th century", with particular emphasis on the painting "Union of Lublin" by Jan Matejko. The newly created exhibitions are modern and use multimedia that allow visitors to perceive their impressions more fully.
