Internet access and a computer for free? Why not?

The project will be implemented between 2010-2013 within the consortium of the Lublin Province, 47 communes and 2 districts of the Lublin Province. The underlying purpose of the project is to grant free access to the Internet, computer hardware and software to the residents of 2795 households within the area of 47 communes and 2 districts of the Lublin Province, who are at risk of digital exclusion due to their difficult financial situation or disabilities. Also, the local self-government units will be equipped with computer hardware (306 computer sets) and Internet access (81 Internet access points).
