Cities that kicked off the project and laid foundations in phase one, i.e.: Naples, Lublin, Liverpool and Maribor were joined at the final meeting by the following cities: Brussels, Caen, Chemnitz, Dubrovnik, Gijon, as well as the University of Genoa. A Porto based organization dealing with issues of urban revitalization, Porto Vivo SRU also participated in the deliberations.
The City of Lublin was invited to take part in the project in September of 2015. The project's objectives are closely related to themes of revitalization of large, abandoned, post-urban facilities in particular. Challenges and questions posed in attempt to sought best practices on how derelict facilities might be restored to the city, and how through redevelopment such objects might serve new functions and teem with life.
