On April 2-4, 2023, a study visit was held in Krakow. Not only was it attended by representatives of Lublin City Hall and NGOs from Lublin and Warsaw, but also from Ostróg, Lviv and Rivne (Ukraine). The key theme of meetings was to present the concept of developing youth policy in Krakow and introduction of "Young Krakow 2.0" programme.
The participants of visit had the opportunity to meet with representatives of Departments of Kraków City Hall and non-governmental organisations working in the area of youth development and youth empowerment. The participatory model of creating youth policy, cooperation between City Hall and NGOs, promotion of entrepreneurship among young people were all presented during the meetings. A significant point of the programme was a visit to the youth spaces and to Krakow Centre for Climate Education.
The event was held as part of the initiative "Youth for the City, City for the Youth - projects and initiatives involving and including local communities" financed under the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for 2014-2021.
