The church was erected in the first half of the 17th century at Lviv Road for the Augustinian Order. It was damaged during the Swedish invasions and rebuilt in the second half of the 17th century. It is a three-nave church, unoriented, with a small semi-circular presbytery. It has a typical of the Lublin Renaissance barrel vault with lunettes decorated with stucco. A similar decoration can be found in the sacristy and in the monastery refectory. The facade, characteristic of the Lublin type, faces the city. The polychrome inside the church comes from 1899 (renewed in the 1960s). In the baroque main altar made of oak wood, there is the 18th-century painting depicting Saint Augustine with Saint Monica and Our Lady of Consolation, and the image of Saint Agnes - the patron of the church.
