Mateusz Nowak received the Best Young Artist Award at the 13th International Theater Festival "Saint Muse" in Ulan Bator (Mongolia). At the festival the artist performed his monodrama prepared under a scholarship from the Mayor of Lublin City, "From front and from behind."

The festival is organized by the Saint Muse Academy of Mongolia. The program included a dozen or so dramas, musicals, spectacles for children, and monodramas from China, Greece, Monglia, Russia and Germany. Poland was represented by Mateusz Nowak with his monodrama based on Karol Zbyszewski’s doctoral dissertation titled "Niemcewicz od przodu i tyłu" (Niemcewicz from front and from behind).
It is the first time this award has been presented to an actor who does not come from an Asian country.

Participation in the festival would not have been possible without the financial and organizational support from the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Mongolia, Adam Mickiewicz Institute in Warsaw, Polish Institute in Beijing and the City of Lublin.
