Due to numerous requests, organizers decided to change a deadline of film submission for the festival selection. The deadline has been extended till 26.01.2009.
The best films will be shown during the 10. jubilee edition of International Film Festival “Crossroads of Europe” 2009.
International Film Festival “Crossroads of Europe” is a competition during which the best world documents, concentrating on multiculturalism and issues of living in the borderlands, are presented.
Films will be qualified for the two competition categories: 1) films up to 70 min 2) films above 70 min. They should be produced in 2007 or later and deal with the issues of living in the borderlands; coexistence of different cultures, nations and religions as well as attempt to present the ways, in which history influences the life of a single human being. Similarly to previous years, the organizers have been waiting for the films that support the festival's objectives.
