Projekt cinema-theatre invites everyone to take part in a competition for a short film about Lublin. The film can be of any genre: documentary, feature, cartoon, or promotional. It has to picture in the least conventional way the slogan “Lublin – a city of inspiration”. It should be short (up to 3 minutes), unconventional, funny and, above all, it should stimulate imagination and interest in the city of Lublin. The film can be animated, or filmed with a camera or a mobile phone. The winner will be awarded 5000 PLN. Films can be submitted till the end of September. The films will be screened on October 17 during the awards ceremony and then used for Lublin’s on-line promotion campaign. Every participant can submit any number of films. The participants should bear in mind that the films will be available on the Internet; therefore they must be understandable for international audience (they will be translated into English).
