Volunteers recruitment for the “Crossroad of Europe” Festival

The organizers of 10. International Film Festival “Crossroads of Europe” have announced the recruitment for volunteers.
They have been looking for persons who want to gain experience in cultural activity and: a) like good cinema and spending free time actively, b) want to meet people with interesting hobbies, c) are at least 18, d) want to get accustomed to new environment and learn by work, e) have already worked during some cultural events and are motivated to be more engaged in them, f) know foreign languages. The organizers provide: a) free entrance to all film screenings, meetings and parties that accompany the festival, b) lots of possibilities to observe and get familiar with the organizational matters of the film event, c) references. Requirements: a)Availability: all volunteers should appear in “Chatka Żaka” Academic Cultural Centre between 20.04—27.04 to help transform the place into the documentary cinema centre and after the festival to help get it back to normal. Each person will have to work for about 6 to 8 hours per day. b)Diligence and engagement in performed duties during the festival, regardless of one’s function and responsibilities. Each work performed during the festival is important and necessary. c)Credible information about volunteer's skills and the matters one is able to deal with. There is a lot of possible activities that need to be managed by volunteers, so the organizers find it important to have people working on matters they really enjoy and are good at. d)Help with the festival’s organization: distribution of leaflets, office and organizational work.
