Spectacles/cinema

The drama "Ich czworo" by Gabriela Zapolska, tells the story about a family with complicated relationships and human weaknesses in an ironic and humorous way. The play will be staged in Teatr Osterwa this Friday. Zespół Konfrontacji Teatralnych invites you to the film "Oficer i szpieg". It is a 2019 French-Italian historical drama film directed by Roman Polanski about the Dreyfus affair, with a screenplay by Polanski and Robert Harris based on Harris' 2013 novel of the same name.

Concerts

Centre for the Meetings of Cultures offers a musical journey with the most beautiful Polish Christmas carols 'Gwiazdo świeć, kolędo leć'. This Sunday, you will hear songs performed by Alicja Majewska, Olga Bończyk, Łukasz Zagrobelny and Włodzimierz Korcz. You will also have an opportunity to listen to the Christmas Carols concert by the La Musica choir at the church of St. Andrzej Bobola in Lublin. Moreover, Lublin Philharmonic invites you to a carnival concert "Z batutą i humorem" this first weekend of the New Year 2020.

Exhibitions

The second edition of the international graphic exhibition PRINTON is ongoing at the Centre for the Meeting of Cultures with works of Jiang Yinggui, Li Xu, Michał Mikulski, Sławomir Plewko, Sebastian Smit, Krzysztof Ćwiertniewski and Lech Mazurek.

"O codzienności w sztuce" exhibition continues at Galeria Labirynt. It presents works of contemporary art from the Lublin collection of Zachęta.
