On June 4th 2009, on the 20th anniversary of the memorable election, the "Ballot Boxes" installation will be placed on Litewski Square. 170 boxes represent 170 polls in Lublin. The installation is to remind us, that we owe the transformations that have taken place after 1989 to the voters of that time.
