Hubert Wińczyk (Poland)
Hubert Wińczyk is a sound artist, performer, cyclist, creator of video art, actor at the Silent Zone Theatre (Teatr Strefa Ciszy), and member of the kakofoNIKT Group and the Revue svazu českých architektů duo. Incorporating in his work the artistic strategies of free-improv, musique concrete, field recordings as well as the aesthetics of noise, he frequently delves into ritual trance. He also utilises, among others, human voice, analogue wave generators, metal idiophones and toy instruments.
Piotr Tkacz (Poland)
Piotr Tkacz is an improviser, music critic, and co-host of the “Audiosphere” (“Audiosfera”) radio show at Radio Afera in Poznań. He organises concerts, performs and records music. A founding member of Kurort, Radioda and Revue svazu českých architektů, he is open to artistic collaboration with other artists dedicated to improvisation. He also works with text and graphic notations.
