Two murals and a triptych will be made with recycled materials provided by the participants. The title of the project is a play on words where the word ‘waste’ is understood as both unusable, non-recyclable material and failure to be used in a useful way. The aim of the project is to prove that objects commonly regarded as waste can be given new life by becoming materials for artistic activity.
