Tabu is a Silesian band created in 2003. Since that time they have played almost half a thousand concerts, won most significant awards at music festivals and recorded three studio albums. The band has been invited twice to go on a well-known Polish tour Punky Reggae Live. Their latest album entitled ‘Endorfina’ was released in 2012 and achieved massive popularity among the listeners. It has also gained many favourable opinions among music journalists. Tabu’s music is mainly energetic reggae with distinctly audible brass section. You can also hear great performances of roots reggae and ska music. The lyrics are very personal, although they refer to broadly comprehend sociological issues. The Lublin performance of the group took place in 2009.
