SHAZALAKAZOO (Serbia)
Milan Djuric and Uros Petkovic are the pioneers of combining ł Serbian/ Balkan folk with electronic and club music. Their performances are an energetic mixture of club beats streaked with firm bass and melodies performed live with the use of the electronic fiddle and the clarinet. The music the band plays is a mixture of sounds originating from the Balkans, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, which creates a unique style, which musicians call ‘folkstep’.

Robert Radzimirski and his project constitute one of most significant Polish accents on cultural map of Balkan events in Poland. Tradition and folk meet electronic aesthetics of contemporary world music. It is a dancing world full of lighthearted fun, similar in the atmosphere of Emir Kusturica’s films. Each show is a unique performance characterized by great intensity and impulsiveness. It combines musical and visual elements.
