Kinoteatr Projekt invites all to participate in the February edition of BENSHI. This months all films centre round the theme of masculinity, virility, and manhood.


FILM SCREENING: "Fargo"

This cult classic written and directed by the Coen brothers is an ambiguous and understated story of a man, who – faced with frustration and disappointment – decides to pin all his (almost lost) hopes on a risky scheme. His dramatic and irreversible decision triggers an avalanche of events.
This on-screen narrative blurs the boundary between fact and fiction, reality and mystification, the example of which is a set of misleading clues strewn across the fabric of the filmic story-telling.
