Warren Schmidt is a man in his sixties who reaches the crossroads of his life. After dedicated service to a company, he retires, which results in the feeling of total loss and chaos. To make matters worse, he thinks that his daughter is about to marry a wrong guy - Warren. The situation reaches its apogee when after being married to Schmidt for 42 years his wife dies.
