Joanna Szczepkowska /Table of Contents
The second meeting in the series of this year's "Table of Contents": actress and writer Joanna Szczepkowska will talk about her literary fascinations.
Joanna Szczepkowska – film and theatre actress, screenplay writer. Szczepkowska has worked with a host of eminent directors, including: Erwin Axer, Kazimierz Dejmek, Agnieszka Glińska, Jerzy Jarocki, Tadeusz Konwicki, Kazimierz Kutz, Maciej Prus, Andrzej Wajda. The meeting will provide all participants with a chance of hearing our guest read, recite and perform excerpts from works of literature of his own choice, including Emile Ajare, Stanisław Barańczak, Konstanty Ildefons Gałczyński, Zbigniew Herbert, Adam Mickiewicz and Sylvia Plath.
About the series
Actors and actresses are invited to share their literary passions and read out fragments of their own "tables of contents". So far we have invited: Irena Jun, Stanisława Celińska, Jan Peszek, Jarosław Zoń, Urszula Pietrzak, Mirella Rogoza-Biel, Wioletta Tomica, Beata Fudalej, Natalia Sikora, Małgorzata Hajewska-Krzysztofik, Katarzyna Groniec, Agnieszka Glińska, Dorota Segda, Bogusław Byrski and Grażyna Szapołowska.
