Political comedy about Elida, a country, which is past its times of prosperity and is now covered with manure. President Augeas and the Great Council decide to change this situation and clean the country. They summon the famous demigod Hercules to help them. He accepts this dirty job only because he is up to his ears in debt. Getting down to work right away, however, is not so easy, when the authorities do not know what they really want, they are afraid of changes and cannot focus on what is most important to their nation.
