A ballet show titled Independent (Niepodległa) featuring students of the Private Ballet Center and Roman Turczynowicz Ballet School in Warsaw.
The show illustrates the Polish way to freedom based on selected events and figures related to Polish tradition and culture since the times of ancient Slavic myths and beliefs until the restoration of Poland’s independence in 1918. The show as a whole can be viewed as a metaphoric message; dance and music, narration and multimedia visualizations form a whole about Polish history.
