Another investor opens an office in Lublin

Within the newly signed contract between Convergys and a leading European telecommunication service provider, the firm plans to offer in Lublin a customer support in German. Apart from that, thanks to a close cooperation with the contracting party, the scope of a project involves the identification and implementation of the new methods of the customer services in order to improve clients satisfaction and customer experience.
