BLStream Opens its Branch in Lublin
05.11.201410:24

BLStream deals mainly with the design and implementation of advanced mobile, web and server solutions with an emphasis on design and the use of the newest technologies and working methodologies. The company's customers are leaders in telecommunications, banking and technology sectors. BLStream’s offer is comprehensive; it includes carrying out the study of user’s needs, designing business solutions and ultimately rolling out a finished product as well as services and support after the product has been launched.

This is yet another company from this business sector which has recently chosen Lublin. Not only are we competitive in terms of cost effectiveness but also as regards human resources. Currently, about two thousand people are studying at Lublin universities in the fields related to the ICT industry and taking into account the associated courses, this figure rises to, in excess of, five thousand. In recent years, new investors have created over a thousand workplaces for the computer science graduates. We hope that by 2018 this number will have increased by five thousand people - Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of the City of Lublin.

Specialists with experience and passion for technology stand a chance to find employment in the new BLStream branch office: above all Android, iOS, Java EE, front-end programmers, as well as the QA specialists and project managers.

Opening of a third center in Poland is in line with the development plans of our company and meets the need to expand our pool of professionals. The number of university graduates, the strategy of the city as a center of modern, knowledge-based services, the infrastructure that is being developed and finally the support of local authorities, including openness, flexibility and individual approach, have all determined our decision to choose Lublin - Piotr Anioła, Vice-chairman for Operations.

This investment translates into a hundred of new jobs created by the end of 2018. Not only is the technical competence in demand, but also personality of a given candidate will be looked at.

We are looking for people who are open to challenges and willing to learn something new. We put special emphasis on teamwork and on seeking innovative solutions. We sincerely hope that it is in Lublin that we will find people who will contribute to building the work ethic of the new centre. The company will be located in Kaskada Center at 27 Chodźki Street. We were looking for a venue that would be consistent with the standards of the two other locations in Poland - Marcelina Godlewska, HR Director.
