On November 20, 2015 Lublin Business Club organised a series of meetings called “Economic Diplomacy – the Day of the Republic of Angola in Lublin.” There was a seminar on the economy and culture of Angola dedicated to entrepreneurs and the invited guests. H.E. Mr Domingos Culolo, Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to Poland, was also present at the event. The program of his stay included the visits at the companies in Lublin, a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Political Science at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, lecture for students entitled “Angola in the Lens: Business – Culture – Tourism.” Mr Ambassador also met with children from the Kindergarten no. 5 and told them about the profession of a diplomat as well as about his mother country.
The event ended with a party organised by the Ambassador, where traditional Angolan dishes prepared by the cooks of the Embassy were served. The party featured Angolan music.
