Lublin Mayor – the Region’s Manager

The ranking has been based on the opinions of local government representatives, as organs which are the closest to local entrepreneurs and communities. Cities’ mayors, commune administrators and poviat starosts from Lublin Voivodeship decided to give the title to Mayor Krzysztof Żuk.
“The award means appreciation for the changes which occur in Lublin. I am glad that Poland notices our city’s investments, as well as investments for the whole Lublin region, which are made jointly with the Voivodeship authorities. The title obliges to work even harder and to implement next projects for Lublin and the whole region,” says Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of the City of Lublin.
The titles of the Self-Government Region Manager have been awarded within the scope of the „Filary Polskiej Gospodarki” ranking. Made by „Puls Biznesu”, the ranking aims mainly at awarding enterprises. The awards are given to companies which are stable and have a considerable influence on the development of regions in which they carry out their activities. It is a comparison of companies which are important employers supporting and promoting employment; which enable the development of entrepreneurship; and which engage in activities for the development of local communities.
