The events within the framework of the congress include:
Open lecture of this year’s guest of Congress – Cezary Mieżejewski (expert on social economy, President of the Management Board of the National Auditing Union of Workers’ Co-operatives, member of the Public Benefit Works Council in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

Cross-sector cooperation. Panel devoted to the cooperation between NGOs and private sector. The analysis of the scope of cooperation in Lublin and the presentation of good practices;
Civic Budget of Lublin City. Panel devoted to the presentation of budget assumptions and possibilities of NGOs’ participation in its preparations;
ICT in serving of democracy. Panel devoted to the presentation of opportunities of using new information and communication technology in the process of dialogue and social consultations;
Let’s do it together. Panel devoted to the functioning of local organisations and informal social movements and to the cooperation with district councils. The common assessment of the local problems at the level of auxiliary entities;
The elections to the Public Benefit Works Council of Lublin City.
The Congress will be held in the Lublin Science and Technology Park. The NGO representatives’ applications to participate in the Congress will be accepted until 25th April. From the same organisation, only one person with the voting right (i.e. with possibility to elect the members of RDPP - the Public Benefit Works Council) can participate. Several people from the same organisation may participate in the Congress, but only one of them has the voting right. Similarly, the registrations of candidates to the Public Benefit Works Council will be accepted until 25th April. Every organisation that declared its participation in the Congress can register one person as a candidate for membership of the Council. During the Congress 10 members of the Public Benefit Works Council of Lublin City are elected.
The First Congress of NGOs in Lublin City took place in 2012 and gathered over 200 representatives from non-governmental organisations. It was the first time the Public Benefit Works Council in our city was elected.
