Based on Article. 13 section 1 and section 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) (Journal of Laws EU.L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you about the method and purpose for which we process your personal data, as well as about your rights, resulting from regulations on the protection of personal data:

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is: consent to the processing of personal data referred to in Art. 6 section 1 letter a) and art. 9 section 2 letter a) ODO in the scope of activities related to the organization of meetings and in the scope of dissemination of images under the principles specified in the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights, fulfillment of the legal obligation imposed on the administrator referred to in Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR in connection with the provisions of the Act of July 14, 1983 on national archival resources and archives and the regulation of the Prime Minister of January 18, 2011 on office instructions, uniform material lists of files and instructions on the organization and scope of activities company archives. We will use personal data until the objectives specified in point 3 are completed or until the consent is withdrawn, and then for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular due to archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific research purposes or historical or statistical purposes – for a period of 25 years.
