Yesterday (November, 4), PM Mateusz Morawiecki announced new restrictions that will enter into force on Saturday (November, 7):

  • distance learning also for the youngest in grades 1-3 of primary school,
  • extended distance learning for grades 4-8 of primary schools up to November, 29,
  • cultural institutions (theatres, cinemas, museums, art galleries, etc.) will be closed,
  • hotels will be open to those travelling for business purposes,
  • indoor shopping centres will be closed, except for the shops selling food, toiletries and cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical supplies, DIY items, press,
  • shops below 100 square metres in size will be limited to 1 customer per 10 square metres, and those over 100 square metres to 1 customer per 15 square metres.

The changes will come into force on Saturday (November, 7), and for schools from Monday (November, 9). They will last at least until November, 29.

Restrictions introduced previously in October, are still in force throughout the whole country.
