Print page to PDF Customer service in the International Cooperation Centre

22.05.202012:42

During these unprecedented times, businesses and consumers are trying to adapt to new ways of working and this is already having a significant impact on customer service teams. Our ultimate goal during this coronavirus/Covid-19 crisis is to keep employees and the people we meet safe and sound. We are taking universal precautions to achieve these goals and to ensure the virus is not passed unintentionally to anybody.

Due to this situation, direct customer service requires complying with all sanitary and epidemiological requirements and restrictions caused by the outbreak, in particular:

  • maintaining an appropriate distance (2 meters at least),
  • obligation to wear face masks,
  • disinfect hands.

Thus, before visiting us, we recommend you to call 81 466 66 00 to make an appointment with the employees of the International Cooperation Centre.

We will keep you informed on any updates of the current situation.
