According to official results, Krzysztof Żuk was supported by 57.49% of voters thereby giving the incumbent Mayor victory in the first round of presidential elections for the next 5-year term.
Following the decision of residents, I will be the Mayor of Lublin for the next five years. My team retains a majority in the City Council. I promise that we would never betray your confidence and this term shall be the best, thus far. We are eager to proceed working for our City. I would like to express my sincere grattitude for attending the local elections - says Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of Lublin.
The Mayoral candidates obtained the following results:
- Krzysztof Żuk - 57.49%
- Robert Derewenda - 34.26%
- Marcin Nowak - 6.00%
- Ryszard Zajączkowski - 2.25%
