1. Contact channels for people struggling with domestic violence

The imposition of the epidemic state and the recommendations regarding the so-called social distance are associated with the worsening situation of people struggling with the problem of domestic violence. If the family already faced violent behaviour in the past, now – in times of isolation – the situation will very likely get aggravated. Therefore, we provide information on institutions you can contact for help:

2. Extension of the period of suspension of season tickets

Regarding to the government's decision (April 9) on continuing existing restrictions related to the coronavirus epidemic, the Municipal Transport Authority extends the period of suspension of personal season tickets.

When it comes to school and university students, this period is extended to 26 April this year and for others until April 19 this year.

Applications to suspend the validity of season tickets, previously submitted to ZTM, will be automatically extended by the above deadlines. Therefore, we ask persons who have already submitted a request to suspend the ticket, not to send another one.
