1. Psychological support
If it is difficult for you to bear the current situation, you endure isolation badly, you are afraid of your future or you cannot cope with emotions, you can take advantage of free psychological help provided by Specialists - KUL research staff. Psychological counselling is provided in Polish, English and Spanish.

2. Student psychological support
Students of psychology at the Catholic University of Lublin provide advice, support and knowledge on how to cope with social isolation and how to effectively organise education activities during E-learning.

Online sport activities „Train consciously”
The online sports classes cycle begins from April 20. Those activities will take place as a part of the "Eat consciously" programme, implemented by the Medicover Foundation in cooperation with the Health and Prevention Department of the Lublin City Hall.
Sports activities will be conducted by outstanding athletes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until the end of June 2020. We invite you to join live activities on Facebook PoZdro on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:30.
