  • in stores with an area of more than 100 m2 – maximum amount of customers who can do shopping at the same time, results from the area of the shop: every 15 m2 of surface / 1 customer.

It is allowed to move for recreational purposes:

  • open parks and forests
  • the possibility of jogging and cycling

Remember: when you are outside you are obliged to cover your face, playgrounds still remain closed.

  • the number of people who are able to participate in a religious rite depends on the temple's area: 1 person / 15 m2

Teenagers over 13 years old are able to move around without adult supervision.

Remember: to keep a distance of 2 m from others and the obligation to cover the mouth and nose

The further decision on phasing out will be introduced gradually when the incidence increase would be low. This does not mean that we should give up social discipline, because we are still obliged to comply with applicable restrictions.

Please remember that it depends on us how quickly we introduce the next stages of return to a new reality!

How to register a car during the epidemic?

If you register a vehicle, you should remember that the required documents, e.g. registration document, contract / invoice, translation, as well as license plates, should be delivered to the Municipal Office in the original.

Therefore, the best way to register a vehicle is to deliver the application and the required attachments by post to the address: Department of Communication of the Lublin City Hall or via a container placed at the entrance to the Department of Communication at ul. Czechowska 19A. In practice, the clients prepare (usually after a telephone conversation) a set of documents and send them by post or throw them into the container. After a 48-hour quarantine, these documents are removed from the container and the vehicles are registered. On the day of registration, we contact the owner and provide the registration number so that the owner can insure the vehicle. Then we send the documents with licence plate by post to the address given in the application.

All applications and instructions on how to complete them and the required attachments are available on the City Hall BIP website in the tab regarding the Communication Department and the matters it deals with. Paper applications with instructions on how to complete them can also be found at the entrance to the Communication Department. You can get them all there, fill in and throw them into the container.
