Psychological assistance for children and youth
Regarding the difficult epidemic situation and bearing in mind the needs of all residents (including the youngest), we remind you of the continually provided psychological assistance:
- Employees of the Crisis Intervention Centre provide assistance to people irrespective of their age - helpline number 733 588 900, available 24/7
Furthermore, we have started cooperation with the Office of Children and Young People Commissioner. The office supports the free of charge Children's Helpline 800 12 12 12 - open from Monday to Friday, from 8.15 to 20.00.
While children and young people are in need of support, they may also use the lines dedicated to their needs:
- 509 731 851, operated by the Outpatient Clinic Team No. 1 in Lublin, open from Monday to Friday from 8.00-18.00.

New regulations under the Anti-Crisis Shield - the so-called Shield 2.0
New regulations entered into force as a part of the Anti-Crisis Shield - the so-called Shield 2.0 on April 18. The amendments concern, among others, subjects entitled to the contribution exemptions paid to ZUS and to the benefit related to reimbursement for the economic losses.
What support can you get at ZUS?
- contribution exemptions including March, April and May 2020 for entrepreneurs conducting business activities, companies registering less than 50 employees for insurance puropses, social cooperatives and the clergy,
- benefit related to the reimbursement for economic losses for persons who perform civil law contracts,
- benefit related to the reimbursement for economic losses for persons conducting business activity,
- The Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) offers reliefs on payment of social welfare contributions to enterprises which struggle financially because of coronavirus and cannot pay social insurance contributions on time,
- withdrawal of charge interests for the period from January 2020.
