Information on the admission of children to kindergartens for the 2020/2021 school year

On May 4, 2020 we sent information about the qualification or non-qualification of the child to the institution. This information has been sent to you at the e-mail address provided in the application and will also be visible in the system after logging into your account.

For qualified candidates, the next step in the recruitment process will be confirmation of the parent's will to accept the child in the particular kindergarten. Confirmation of the will will take place on 4-8 May this year.

To confirm the will, the parent:

  1. If he/she has an electronic signature - can confirm the will electronically in the system, using a qualified signature or trusted profile of one parent and selecting the "confirm will" button,
  2. if he/she does not have an electronic signature - it should send a completed and signed "declaration of will" via e-mail to the e-mail address of the kindergarten, to which the child qualified.

The model of declaration and e-mail addresses of kindergartens can be found in the attachments on the website and also in the "downloads" tab in the system.

To send a declaration of will, save the downloaded declaration on your desktop, complete and sign on the keyboard, then attach it to your email and send it to the address of the qualification unit. Then, after the stage of the confirmation of will i.e. on May 11 this year. at. 13.00 the parent will receive information on admission or non-admission of the child to the institution to the e-mail address provided in the application.

Opening of the Municipal Public Library of Hieronim Łopaciński in Lublin

Regarding to the lifting of further restrictions on the epidemic status, the Municipal Public Library of Hieronim Łopaciński in Lublin is going to open its branches to readers (excluding hospital branches) from 11 May 2020. At the same time, the Library informs that until further notice it will be possible only to borrow and to return books, without free access to the shelves with the collections. It will not be possible to use the reading room and Public Internet Access Points. Cultural and educational activities are also suspended.

Active Lublin resumes training at the Athletics Stadium

Running training and functional training are coming back at the athletics stadium at Aleje Pilsudskiego 5. Due to the restrictions in force, a maximum of 5 people can participate in one workout. Participation in training will be determined by the order of applications.

The Hotel Ilan offers free rooms to medical service fighting with COVID-19

Due to the ongoing epidemic and the fact that medical staff may not want to put their own family in danger, the Hotel Ilan decided to actively engage in the fight against coronavirus and offer 60 rooms free of charge to medical professionals fighting with COVID-19. The free service also includes breakfast. This is the only one hotel in Lublin that has decided to give rooms to doctors free of charge.

“We are glad that as a hotel and the local Jewish community we can support health care in these hard times,” said Agnieszka Kolibska the manager of the Hotel Ilan.
