The 15th edition of the event is ahead of us! It will be held on July 1-3!
The Festival highlights the cultural diversity of present-day Lublin. It promotes tolerance and intercultural dialogue through educational and culture-forming initiatives of a high artistic value. On the first day, on the anniversary of signing the Union of Lublin, the music of Karaims (the smallest ethnic minority in Poland) will ring out at the Centre for Culture in Lublin. A jubilee concert organised just for this occasion will be held on Saturday. Atanas Valkov, Lublin-based composer and pianist will present his Balkan roots through jazz pieces. You will also have a chance to listen to some oriental and Jewish sounds. The music will refer to cultural roots, to the relationship between man and nature. It touches not only our mind, but also the body.
DJ Uszy Duszy will entertain us at the after party! This year, highly popular Multicultural Bus, will be back. On Saturday and Sunday we will set off on a tour of Lublin, visiting places related to the everyday life of national and religious minorities.
Registration is available from June 17 to June 24 - by e-mail or personally at the Centre for Culture Ticket Office.
As always, admission to all events is free of charge!
