This initiative is a token of solidarity of Lublin inhabitants with the Ukrainian People. Having regard to the long-term cultural and political relationship with our eastern neighbour we wish this symbolic illumination of the seat of the Lublin Municipality in the colours of the Ukrainian flag to be a sign of support and respect for the Ukrainian People.
