The research involved 649 of Polish municipalities from all voivodeships in Poland. The research consisted of two parts. The municipality website was being audited with regards to the information for potential investors and the ongoing update of the website. Likewise, the accessibility to the information through email both in Polish and English was being looked at. Here the response time as well as thoroughness of the answer was a key factor.

- Lublin’s second place in the nationwide ranking “Municipality for A grade” clearly shows our professionalism in servicing potential investors from home and abroad. I am deeply pleased that our efforts are valued so highly. We treat each and every potential investor as our partner – says Mayor of Lublin, Mr Krzysztof Żuk.

Ranking “Municipality for A grade” helps to distinguish municipalities that are most investor-friendly. In this year’s edition, municipalities with the highest investor attractiveness according to PAI Enterprise Institute were subject to query. The research was being carried out by the Student Scientific Organisation for Entrepreneurship and Regional Analyses affiliated to the Institute of Enterprise of the Warsaw School of Economics.
