Lublin shows solidarity with France – the illumination of the town hall

The town hall in Lublin has been illuminated with the French national colours as a sign of solidarity with the French nation.

 

The illumination has been put into operation on 15 November (Sunday) at about 4.30. p.m. in the presence of Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of the City of Lublin and Piotr Kowalczyk, Chairman of the City Council. The illumination will be operating on Monday as well.

 

Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of the City of Lublin has sent letters of sympathy and solidarity to H.E. Pierre Buhler, the Ambassador of France to Poland and to Laurent Hénart, the Mayor of Nancy, which is the oldest partner city of Lublin.
