Lublin - Stockholm flights since May 2015

„We are consistently increasing connections from Lublin Airport. On May 21, 2015, Wizz Air will launch a new connection from Lublin to Stockholm Skavsta. The flight operator has also announced increase of its presence on the routes to Oslo and London from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 5 times a week respectively. These decisions prove the tourist and business potential of the City of Lublin and region. I am convinced that new connections will be successful and will lead to the development of our airport’s activity,” said Krzysztof Żuk, Mayor of the City of Lublin.

Since May 21, 2015, Wizz Air will be operating new flight destination from Lublin to Stockholm (Skavsta Airport). The connection will be operated 3 times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) and the journey itself should last approximately 2 hours. The price of the ticket for the one-way Lublin - Stockholm Skavsta flight, including taxes, obligatory fares and a small hand luggage, starts from PLN 129.

Moreover, Wizz Air airlines have announced increase of their Lublin - Luton and Lublin - Oslo Torp flights’ weekly frequency from 2 to 3 and from 3 to 5 times respectively starting from March 29, 2015. In total, since May 21, 2015, Wizz Air aircrafts will be operating 11 flights a week. In 2015, Wizz Air intends to transport around 140,000 passengers to and from Lublin.
