The ”Chatka Żaka” Academic Centre for Culture in Lublin invites theatre groups to the 9th Polish Student Theatres Festival ”Kontestacje,” which will be held November 28-30, 2013. Held since 2005, the festival is organized by students affiliated with the “Chatka Żaka” Centre. The idea of the festival stems from the need to rebel against present reality. The stage serves as a space for young people to voice their viewpoints on topics that bother them and to express themselves through art in an alternative way. Organized by: “Chatka Żaka” Academic Centre for Culture Applications should contain the following: 1) Application form, 2) CDs or DVDs with the recording of the performance submitted 3) information and publicity materials. If the performance recording is available on the Internet, the application with a link to the performance can be sent via e-mail to: kontestacje@ack.lublin.pl. The organizers will provide participants with the following: - accommodation, - board (dinner), - technical assistance and conditions for staging performance, - publicity materials.
