Locative / Miejscownik

The project was born of the desire to find a second life for furniture that is often thrown away despite its good condition. The objective is to transform instead of throwing away as well as to learn something and get to know your neighbour at the same time. The workshops will be led by Sylwia Janasz at the Narnia Cultural Centre at 12 Lwowska Street. The renovated pieces of furniture will then be placed for a moment in the Kalinowszczyzna district to revive it and create new spaces for relaxation. 

The first workshop will be held on 16 August at 3pm. Don’t forget to bring your own item of wooden furniture!

16 August (Sunday), 3pm – 9pm
18 August (Tuesday), 4pm – 8pm 
20 August (Thursday), 4pm – 9pm
21 August (Friday), 4pm – 9pm
22 August (Saturday), 11am – 3pm


The classes are free of charge. To sign up, complete an online registration form at: goo.gl/forms/uIaewSFlQk. 
You can participated in selected classes. The deadline for registration is 14 August 2015. 

Other accompanying ecology-related events are planned to take place in the Kalinowszczyzna district in September.
