The Grupa Projekt Cultural Association wishes to invite everyone to the third edition of O-Twórz Lublin!
, an interactive photography project. Using a disposable camera designed by Marcin „Mucha” Moszyński, we would like to give the urban space of Lublin in the hands and eyes of city inhabitants and visitors once again.
Along with such acknowledged events as Off Festival, Photography Month in Krakow or Sacrum Profanum Festival, the first edition of our project was nominated for Cultural Event 2012 in the poll organized by Radiowy Dom Kultury, a Polish Radio Program 3 broadcast, coming in at second place by listener vote. Porcelain photographs, the outcome of the second edition of O-Twórz Lublin!, aroused interest of the Ładnie Naprawię portal, gaining recognition of applied arts practitioners and favourable reactions from city inhabitants, too.
This year we would like to remind you of the industrial past of our city. CECHY MIASTA (Urban Features) refers to both the character of the place and urban production space; to the community of producers and consumers. We will visit somewhat forgotten corners that tell of the past glory of the city.
The nearest O-Twórz Lublin! meeting titled “Urban Features” will be held on September 15, at 5 pm (Plac po Farze).
