If you are a student and want to gain experience in leadership and project management, you can apply for the Summer Coaching School. The deadline for applications is June 22.
The T.E.A.M Teatrikon Foundation is looking for 30 students to coordinate team work and co-organize a cultural event with secondary school students.
“Our project is for all students who want to work with teens.
The Summer Coaching School starts in July. We offer a free training trip, an opportunity to work in a young team as well as a possibility of gaining work experience in leadership and project management,” says project coordinator Sandra Konaszuk.
During the summer, the students will gain theoretical knowledge they will then put into practice working with secondary schools students from Lublin. October through December, the trained students will supervise and coordinate cultural projects made by secondary school students. The Lokomotywy project is organized by the T.E.A.M Teatrikon Foundation for the fifth time. Held annually, this huge undertaking is a great opportunity for several dozens of students and for over a hundred of secondary school students to gain their fist professional skills.

The Summer Coaching School and Lokomotywy Project are run as part of the initiative "I AM CHANGE – Active Youth Incubator" financed under the Civic Initiatives Fund Operational Programme.
