“The Solo of Life” competition

On May 15, 2009, the 5th edition of “The Solo of Live” competition starts in Lublin. The competition involves playing a composed or improvised solo to the accompaniment of the background created by Mietek Jurecki. Anyone interested in taking part in the competition should play their solo to the downloaded background and record it on a CD or an audio cassette and send to Polskie Radio Lublin, ul. Obrońców Pokoju 2, 20-030 Lublin by June 30 (postmark date counts) with a note “Solo Życia” on the envelope. The competition is open to people of less than 30 years of age. The background can be found on the website www.jurecki.art.pl .
