Winners of the Mayor of Lublin Grants

Mayor of Lublin, Mr. Krzysztof Żuk, has awarded grants for projects to be realized in 2014
to 19 individuals recommended by the Committee for Grants Administration consisting of: Committee Chair Karolina Rozwód, director of Stary Theatre in Lublin, Michał Krawczyk, a member of the Lublin City Council and Lublin City Council’s Commission for Culture and Conservation, Joanna Wysocka-Pikało, a representative of the Lublin Branch of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers, Grzegorz Kondrasiuk, an editor-in-chief of Kultura Enter, and Anna Pajdosz, a deputy director of the Department for Culture of the Lublin City Office. The winners of the Mayor of Lublin grant for realization of an art project are: 1. Jarosław Koziara – PLN 8,400 - Projekt i wykonanie obrazu ziemnego na terenach przyległych do Portu Lotniczego-Lublin / Design and execution of an earthen image on the grounds adjacent to Lublin Airport 2. Oleksandra Radczenko – PLN 8,000 - Sen historii / History’s dream 3. Marzena Miszczuk-Głowacka – PLN 7,878 - Mural na elewacji wejściowej Domu Kultury Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej „Czechów” przy ul. J. Kiepury 5a o powierzchni 36,5 m² / Mural on the front elevation of the headquarters of the Czechów Community Centre at 5a Kiepury Street, with a surface area of 36.5 m² 4. Maria Magdalena Jankowska – PLN 6,500 - Tom opowiadań pt. „Partytury” / Collection of short stories titled "Scores" 5. Joanna Belzyt – PLN 6,000 - Improwizacja, symbolika ruchu, ciała i dźwięku w dziełach Oskara Kolberga / Improvisation, symbolism of movement, body and sound in Oskar Kolberg’s works 6. Piotr Miłkowski – PLN 6,000 - NIE BĄDŹ GŁUCHY NA RAP / DON’T BE DEAF TO RAP 7.
