10th edition of Carnaval Sztukmistrzów in Lublin! (July 25-28)
02.07.201914:10

During anniversary edition of Carnaval, there will be both magical and breath-taking shows as well as a pinch of sentiment and a bit of madness.

There are days in Lublin when the city does not fall asleep, is busy with life and illuminating with colours. It is the time of Carnaval Sztukmistrzów due to which Lublin fell in love with the art of a New Circus. A festival has been known throughout Poland and Europe for ten years. It is an outstanding attraction for the city, which inspires residents and tourists every year. I invite you to the unique, jubilee edition of Carnaval. During the four days of the festival, Lublin will turn into a great scene of fascinating spectacles and you will witness magnificent circus performances- says Krzysztof Żuk, the President of Lublin.

The key of the programme will be the show at the Zamkowy Square. The French group “Les Lendemains & Les Philébulistes” will perform an extremely spectacular acrobatic spectacle titled "La Tangente du bras tendu".

Another show, that cannot be omitted, is the unique "Soka Tira" by Cie Basing. It focuses on one of the oldest and most spectacular circus arts – walking on lines.

We will also see four different ticket shows:

Bram Graafland „The Yelling Kitchen Prince” - fancy one-man show that will be performed in a new location, at Olejna 6 street.

Barolosolo „Plus Haut”- six French artists, beautiful puppets of considerable sizes, music and poetic atmosphere, the spectacle will take viewers to the land of childhood. Recommended for children.

July, 25 and 26, we will watch the Italian one-man show "Materia" by Andrea Salustri.

July, 27 and 28, Cie Random – Spanish men who will present a provocative, full of sharp humor show only for adults.

More than 20 groups and artists from Poland and the world will come to Lublin. They will play over one hundred open performances for four days. We will also see comedians, jugglers and illusionists, including Poland. All attractions are clustered within the city centre, especially its historic part.
