The Central Playground is a summer-time fun, social and cultural education hub. It is an interdisciplinary project that creates an attractive space for various eductational, cultural and artistic activities owing to the contribution of various city groups. Apart from bringing people together, the initiative promotes and develops a creative, productive and active approach to leisure coupled with cultural and artistic education. The project occupies the area at the Centre for Culture in Lublin with adjacent playgrounds, as well as the centre’s inner yard. Everyone is welcome to join the fun, shows, workshop activities, screenings, concerts and events for children, youth and adults.
It starts on July 27 - the opening weekend is full of attractions for everyone, regardless of their age!
For the first time, we will launch „Śruba akustyczna” (“An acoustic bolt”) with the poems by Piotr Grzegorz Gorczyca. In the evening the scene in the Centre for Culture will be taken over by BOKKA - they are one of the most amazing phenomena on the Polish scene, not only because we don’t know who they are. Faces hidden under masks are just an introduction to the extraordinary story about the group – stories about a band that did not need names and surnames to create a unique identity not only in the domestic market.
On Sunday evening “Czuła Obserwacja” team, will perform live movies from the beginning of the cinema era.
PROGRAMME:
July 27, 12:00 - "Acoustic Bolt" (3 poems by Piotr Grzegorz Gorczyca)
July 27, 21:30 - Bokka's concert

For over a month - until September 1 - you will be able to relax, meet friends and people who will help you discover new passions.
Enjoy!
